Two-way door code
The pro says his PRO code first. Only then do you give your START code. At the end you give the FINISH code.
Price only counts after your OK
A price, or any change to it, counts only after you reply OK with your code from your own WhatsApp.
Blind ratings, both sides
You rate the pro and the pro rates you. Neither sees the other's rating until both have rated or the rating window closes.
Before and after photos
Job photos are fingerprinted when we get them, so a later swap would show.
48-hour call-back
Every complaint gets a call-back within 48 hours and a written decision.
A record we can't quietly change
Every step goes into a chained record. Your job card shows receipt numbers you can check with us. Our own corrections are shown to you, with the reason.
People check the warnings
Unusual patterns are flagged for a person to review. Nobody is punished automatically.
No paid rank
No one can pay for a higher place or a badge.

Honest limits
A photo fingerprint proves the file wasn't changed after we got it, not what the camera saw. A code proves the customer's phone took part, not who held it. Deals made outside Martigence aren't covered.
Daily trust seal
Once the Deoghar pilot starts, we'll publish a short daily seal of our record here, so anyone can check that past entries weren't changed.
