Finding a good pro shouldn't be luck.
Today most of us find help the same way. We ask a neighbour. We call a number from an old sticker. We wait, and hope someone turns up.
Good pros have the opposite problem. They do honest work, but getting known depends on who you know. Or who pays to be seen.
Both sides lose. Households lose time and trust. Skilled people lose work they deserve.

What Martigence stands for
Fair matching, in the open. — Every pro is scored by the same published MatchScore: skill, location, availability, reliability, quality, a light rank weight, and load balance. The rules are public.
Verified before the first job. — Identity and skill are checked before a pro goes live. "Verified" is earned, never sold.
No bought rank. Ever. — Money never buys a higher place in the list.
Dignity for pros. — Clear job details on WhatsApp. An honest breakdown if someone else got the job. And no lock-in: pros are free to work outside Martigence.
All eight services matter equally. — A haircut at home gets the same care as a wiring fix.
Honest over flashy. — No fake "Book now." We open when the supply is real.

One city first. Done properly.
We launch in Deoghar in 2027. We want every match in one city to be one we can stand behind before we go anywhere else.
After Deoghar comes Dhanbad, then Ranchi. Then more of UP, Bihar, and West Bengal — only when each city's supply is real.

Where the name comes from
Roushan coined the name Martigence in September 2018.
M — for Mahadev and Maa. Faith and family come first. It also stands for honest livelihood: prosperity earned through good work, for pros and the families they support. / arti + gence — artificial intelligence.
Intelligence that serves people, rooted in what matters at home.
A note from Roushan
I coined the name Martigence in September 2018. The idea behind it has stayed with me since.
It is simple. A family should be able to find a good pro without luck. A good pro should get work because of skill. Not because of who they know, or who paid.
The Bhagavad Gita says, "yogaḥ karmasu kauśalam" — yoga is skill in action (2.50). I think of that line whenever I think of skilled work. An electrician tracing a fault with care. A plumber fixing a leak properly, the first time. A stylist giving full attention at someone's door. That is skill in action.
Our duty is to do our part well. Verify honestly. Match fairly. Explain every choice. The results should come from the work, not from shortcuts. That is why no one can buy rank on Martigence.
We are building from Deoghar, for 2027. One city, done properly, before the next. So far, I have built this with my own money. Now we are raising to grow, city by city, without changing the rules.
