Not yet. Live booking opens when Deoghar has real, verified supply — not a hollow "Book now." Join the waitlist; we'll WhatsApp you when your locality goes live.

How will I hear from you?

On WhatsApp (the number you give). Launch updates, locality open notices, and later booking chats start there. No spam blasts. Email is optional backup only.

Which services are you launching with?

Eight: electrician, plumber, carpenter, painting, laundry and dry cleaning, car auto care, salon at home, and Martigence Shaadi Saathi. Pick what you care about on the form so we build supply against real demand.

Why Deoghar first?

We're building neighborhood density where we can stand behind every match — not spraying India with a fake marketplace. Dhanbad and Ranchi come after Deoghar supply is honest.

Is matching fair, or do pros pay for rank?

Fair by design. MatchScore uses skill, distance, availability, reliability, quality, rank (light weight), and load balance. Money never buys a higher place. Rules stay public on How matching works.

What is the 7-level program?

Customers and providers climb the same seven levels through real activity — not purchases. Rank is a trust signal, not a pay-to-win shortcut.

Do I need an app?

No. Waitlist and early booking are WhatsApp-first. A light web experience may follow; we won't force you to install anything to get help at home.

Is my number safe?

I'm outside Deoghar — can I still join?

Yes, mark your city/locality. Priority unlock is Deoghar; nearby demand helps us plan Dhanbad / Ranchi next. Don't expect same-week booking outside Deoghar. You can also vote for your area.

Why join the provider waitlist early?

Verified Deoghar pros get first look when jobs open. Matching stays fair — no paid boosts. Early joiners help shape coverage by locality.

Will I pay to appear higher in matches?

No. Paid ranking is banned. Same published factors for everyone. If you were eligible and someone else was chosen, you'll be able to see the honest breakdown later.

What do you need before I go live?

Identity and skill verification (KYC), WhatsApp on a smartphone, tools for your trades, and clear areas you can serve in Deoghar. We'll WhatsApp onboarding steps when the queue opens.

How do jobs reach me at launch?

WhatsApp job cards first (scope, locality, time window). Product apps come only when density justifies them — not before.

How do I get paid?

UPI payouts once live jobs run (T+0 / T+1 intent).

Can I work with other apps or my own customers too?

Yes. Martigence doesn't lock you in. Just keep the times you're available on Martigence accurate.

I don't read English well. Can I still join?

Yes. At launch the form and WhatsApp messages are in English, kept short and simple. A family member or friend can help you fill it in.
