Exact definition
Count of providers on the waitlist, per city and service, who have not yet completed verification. Excludes anyone who asked to leave. Updates: Weekly

Complaints raised

Count of complaints logged by households or pros about a completed or booked job in the reporting month, per city. Includes complaints later found to be unfounded. Updates: Monthly

How complaints were settled

How we keep this page honest

Real counts only. — No estimates, projections, or rounded-up totals.

Dated. — Every tile shows when it was last updated, once it has a real value.

Bad news stays up. — Complaints and fixes are shown alongside everything else, not hidden.

Privacy first. — No names, phone numbers, or addresses. Small counts in one locality are grouped with nearby areas so no one can be identified.

Versioned definitions. — If we change how something is counted, we say so here with the date.

How Martigence is funded

Built on the founder's own money so far. We're now raising to grow city by city. Raising money never changes the rules: no one can buy rank, and pros stay free to work outside Martigence.
