⚡ Wiring: signs to get a check

• Switch or socket feels warm, or smells like burning
• MCB trips again and again
• Lights flicker often
• Wires look cut, loose or old

Don't open the board yourself. Call a licensed electrician.

⚡ वायरिंग जांच के संकेत: स्विच/सॉकेट गरम या जलने की गंध, MCB बार-बार गिरना, लाइट बार-बार झपकना। खुद बोर्ड न खोलें, लाइसेंस वाले इलेक्ट्रीशियन को बुलाएं।

🌧️ Monsoon leak check

• Damp patches or peeling paint on walls/ceiling
• Water near switches: keep away, switch off at the main only if it's safe, call an electrician
• Clean roof drains and gutters

🌧️ बरसात में लीक जांच: दीवार/छत पर नमी या पेंट उखड़ना देखें, छत की नालियां साफ़ रखें। स्विच के पास पानी हो तो दूर रहें और इलेक्ट्रीशियन बुलाएं।

🚰 Tap & pipe check

• Drip under the sink or a running toilet tank wastes water
• Slow drain = blockage starting

Get a plumber to look before it gets worse.

🚰 नल-पाइप जांच: सिंक के नीचे टपकना या टंकी लगातार चलना पानी बर्बाद करता है। प्लंबर से समय पर दिखवाएं।
